How can I add a caller?

If you want other person to join the current conversation in VideoLink2.me, send him/her link to the conference room page. Once the link is opened, person is connected to group call.

Will I meet random stranger in my conference room?

No, videolink2.me does not provide service for chatting with strangers. Unless you share link to current conference call, it won?t be possible for other person to join it. To make your conference call protected from somebody coincidently opens video call link ? there is a possibility to set up a password, so only people acknowledged of it can join conversation.

Why do I see only myself after opening Videolink2.me and nobody else joining the call?

It depends on 2 factors: sharing link with others is sufficient and once this is done you need to wait until they are connected. You also need to be sure that person will accept your invitation to the call at the moment.

Why I can?t hear or/and see other person in a call?

The most common reason is microphone or/and camera settings at the other side of the ?wire?. Here are some useful instructions how to check and set camera and microphone in Chrome:

1. Click on ?Settings? option in Chrome menu.
2. Scroll all the way down and click "show advanced settings".
3. Select microphone and camera here.
